Washington, DC

 October 27 - 31

Another trip that includes two USAB Coaching Academies and some days for fun.  We stayed at the Marriott Metro in Washington, DC which is a great location as its about five blocks from the National Mall.  

Wednesday evening we arrived in time to check in and get an Uber to the Kennedy Center to see the musical "Hadestown".  

October 28

It was a gorgeous day to bike and explore the National Mall area in Washington, DC. We rented bikes and put on lots of miles!  

October 29

The big rainstorm kept us inside at the Smithsonian's Museum of American History and then had a late lunch at Ben's Chili.  Friday evening Don helped get the Coaching Academy set up and I enjoyed the evening reading and relaxing.

Sunday afternoon we attended another Broadway musical - The Lion King

Monday - 9/11 Museum.  We really enjoyed the information from the tour we took this time.
